The Aphrodite Blend

Here is one my personal favorite blends just for you. I love this blend for its warming and loving properties.
Try it for yourself at home. Each person will have a different reaction to the scent. This is such a great blend for that sensual night at home with your lovie!
Use this blend in the form of a body lotion or massage oil. It hydrates your skin especially if you tend to get dryness. This particular blend is for body oil. Not to be applied to the face or applied directly under the sun. Only utilize after a bath or before lovemaking. oh la la! The oil blends in nicely to the skin, so that you’re not lathered in oil.

The oils are best when blended together in an amber bottle. This blend is for a 1 oz. bottle. You may purchase your own essential oils through the beautiful Kita in Phoenix at Chakra 4 Herbs. They carry the truest essential oils that are locally distilled. You may purchase at the store if you’re in Phoenix, or online at www.chakra4herbs.com. You may purchase your droppers and bottles there as well.
“Aphrodite Blend”
An invigorating blend inspired by Greece, to replenish the body, soothe the mind, and warm the heart.
What you will need:
1 oz amber bottle
apricot kernal carrier oil
12 drops of orange (citrus sinensis)
10 drops of cinnamon leaf (cinnamomum zeylanicum)
10 drops of ylang ylang (cananga odorata)

Blend together and tap bottle onto the wrist about twenty times. This blends and binds the oils. Set your own personal intention. Maybe its for you to invite love into your life or give love to someone else. This blend does not have a long shelf life. Use within one to two months. You may even warm the oil up and apply as needed. Its wonderful. Never warm up in the microwave. Warm up the hot water and put the bottle inside the warm water, but do not bring the water to a boil .
In aromatherapy, just like in music, there are notes. The way oils are classified are by top, middle, and base. The reason they are classified this way, is due to the time in which the oil evaporates or by how long the scent actually lasts. In this blend, orange is the top note. The middle note is cinnamom. Its a very spicy oil. Lastly, my ultimate favorite oil, ylang ylang. This oil comes from the flower that grows on Phillipine trees and in the States, grown in Florida. Ylang Ylang is classified as a middle/base note. Its sweet in nature and this is the scent that will stand out from the rest.
Aromatherapy has been used through most of the civilizations that defined the aesthetics in beauty such as the Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians.
The Aphrodite blend will leave you feeling lustrious and luscious.
